  • Basecamp

    Chattanooga Choo Choo

    Join us for Basecamp: Summer Edition, a day of coworking, culture, and creative collaboration in the heart of Chattanooga. This event invites everyone from creatives and remote workers to community leaders, professionals and interns to plug into the city’s innovation ecosystem.

    Enjoy a relaxed morning of coffee and networking, two dynamic panels featuring leaders in sports, tourism, and public programming, and an afternoon wellness experience filled with art, movement, and community engagement.

  • UTC Quantum Technology Workshop

    UTC, Multi-disciplinary Research Building

    June 23 - 25

    Quantum computing and technology is expected to play a transformative role in the future. This workshop is intended to bring together experts on various aspects of quantum research ranging from computing, simulation, algorithm-building to sensing and communications. We aim to focus on key open questions in these areas and draw strong connections to foundational research while exploring their potential applications to industries. Talks will be given by invited speakers, others and particularly students are encouraged to attend and present posters.

    Details for submissions will be sent to registered participants before the event. There will be a dedicated panel discussion on the role of quantum technology for real-world industry problems with our partners from Oak Ridge National Laboratory and local companies EPB (Electric Power Board), TVA (Tennessee Valley Authority) and Volkswagen.
